Accounting Manager

1. Financial Control & Reporting

• Oversee financial statements, profit & loss (P&L), balance sheets, and cash flow reports for all restaurant locations.
• Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and company policies.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize margins.

1. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the annual budget planning and forecasting process for restaurant operations.
• Monitor actual vs. budgeted performance, providing insights and corrective actions.
• Develop and track key financial KPIs such as food costs, labor costs, and EBITDA.

1. Tax & Compliance

• Ensure VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax compliance for all restaurant entities.
• Manage external and internal audits, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and legal regulations.
• Keep up with changing tax laws and financial regulations to mitigate risks.

1. Process Improvement & Internal Controls

• Develop and implement strong internal controls for restaurant cash management, inventory, and financial transactions.
• Optimize financial processes, reducing inefficiencies and manual work.
• Implement and manage restaurant accounting systems and automation tools.

1. Business Partnering & Leadership

• Act as a financial advisor to restaurant leadership in strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure financial alignment.
• Lead and mentor the restaurant finance team, fostering professional growth.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field. Holds a valid CPD (Continuing Professional Development) license for professional accountants. At least 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation. Strong knowledge of Thai tax law and Tax Audit procedures. Proficient in ERP systems or accounting software such as SAP. Detail-oriented, meticulous, punctual, and maintains high ethical standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
