As the Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for: Act as the first point of contact for telephone enquiries, taking messages and routing calls. Manage daily office operations, including supplies, cleaners, and maintenance scheduling (e.g., air conditioning, fire alarms, roller shutters). Keep company compliance documents, certificates, and renewals current and diarised. Book team accommodation for jobs requiring overnight stays.

As the Operations Coordinator you will be: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated: The intelligence and initiative to take ownership of a task and run it with minimal supervision. Problem-solver: Capable of prioritising competing demands from operations, projects, finance, and the warehouse while staying calm under pressure. Tech-savvy: High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite) with the ability to quickly pick up new software packages. Professional communicator: Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. A willingness to grow: Comfortable working with numbers and keen to take on bookkeeping responsibilities as the role develops.
