Senior Production Planning Specialist

• Monitor the manufacturing plan and track its implementation progress.
• Ensure manufacturing requirements are met and orders are completed within the required timeframe.
• Prepare production capacity study reports for machinery and present them to the Planning Supervisor.
• Conduct monthly planning calculations to determine the required materials and supplies needed to achieve the production plan.
• Monitor monthly raw material inventory levels with each sales plan adjustment.
• Issue purchase requests to the Procurement Department, taking into consideration minimum order quantities and suppliers’ lead times.
• Follow up on the delivery of raw materials and supplies.
• Work closely with the Local and International Procurement Departments to ensure materials and supplies are available on time.
• Coordinate with other departments, including Quality Control for incoming material inspections, Procurement for purchase requests, Warehousing for storage capacity, and New Products for issuing purchase requests for required raw materials.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels of essential raw materials to meet production requirements.
• Coordinate with the Manufacturing Team to determine production priorities based on sales requirements and export orders.
• Schedule and allocate the manufacturing and production plan on a weekly basis.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and instructions

·Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent higher education).

·From 4 to 6 years of experience in the same field.

·Cosmetics or Pharma industry experience is preferred.

·Very Good English Language.

·Strong analytical skills.
