JOB DESCRIPTION
- Source and screen high-potential talent to fulfill diverse client hiring requirements
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with clients to achieve their recruitment objectives
- Align candidate skills and career aspirations with the most suitable job opportunities
- Facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end interview process between clients and candidates
- Monitor industry hiring trends to provide clients with data-driven market insights
- Provide professional coaching to candidates on resume building and interview techniques
- Manage the offer management process including salary negotiations and employment terms
- Maintain high-quality data integrity within the candidate and client management systems
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client portfolio
- Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining professional standards in all market interactions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; comprehensive training will be provided
