Do you take leadership of Enza Zaden's S&OP Planning Capability? As Interim Project and Implementation manager S&OP you help ensure reliable product availability while shaping the future direction of Enza Zaden's S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) capabilities.
Make a difference as Interim Project and Implementation manager S&OP
A strong Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process is essential to align demand and supply across Enza Zaden. As Interim Project and Implementation manager S&OP, you will take ownership of the company-wide S&OP process and strengthen decision-making, governance, and performance management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive alignment and create actionable plans. In this role, your work will include:
- Leading the monthly and quarterly S&OP cycle, including pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP review meetings;
- Connecting and aligning Demand Review and Supply Review processes to support integrated decision-making;
- Developing and implementing S&OP metrics, methodologies, and performance targets;
