Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Catalog Development, ITSM, and CSM modules , along with integration expertise . The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions, working across modules, and supporting enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations.

Experience in automation and CMDB-driven design patterns is highly valued, especially in environments involving phased transformations and multi-client support.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 ServiceNow Development

Design and develop Service Catalog items , workflows, flows, and UI policies

Build and enhance solutions in ITSM (Incident, Change, Request, Problem) and CSM modules

Implement reusable components and optimize platform performance

🔹 Catalog & Workflow Expertise

Develop dynamic catalog forms with client-specific logic

Configure approval workflows, Flow Designer, and automation rules

🔹 Integration & Data Handling

Develop and manage integrations using APIs

Handle data transformation, mapping, and validation

🔹 Platform Customization

Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts

Customize Portals / UI Builder components

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices

🔹 Collaboration & Delivery

Work with cross-functional teams

Participate in design discussions and solution reviews

Support UAT, deployment, and post-production fixes

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills

Strong hands-on experience in:

Service Catalog development

ITSM and CSM modules

Solid scripting skills:

JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)

Glide APIs

Experience in:

Flow Designer

REST API integrations

Platform Knowledge

Good understanding of:

Role-based access & entitlements

ServiceNow architecture & performance optimization

Certifications (Mandatory)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

At least one of:

Certified Application Developer (CAD)

CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist

Good to Have

Exposure to AI capabilities in ServiceNow (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI features)

Experience in automation-first design approaches

Knowledge of enterprise service portals or UI Builder

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models

Experience working in multi-client or shared platform environments preferred

Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
