Facility Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire & civil systems.

Follow up on PPM and corrective maintenance (CM) activities.

Prepare and maintain PPM plans and asset lists.

Manage and close work orders through CAFM systems.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues proactively.

Monitor spare parts, consumables, and maintenance stock.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and specialist service providers.

Ensure maintenance activities are completed within the required SLA and HSE standards.

Support troubleshooting, root cause identification, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

2–4 years of relevant Facility Management experience.

Good practical knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.

Experience with PPM, CM, CAFM, work orders, and asset management.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proactive, hands-on, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced FM environment.
