Azure Cloud Engineering
- Design, build, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Implement scalable and secure Azure services.
- Evaluate and integrate new Azure services in line with the cloud strategy.
- Translate architectural decisions into practical technical implementations.
Cloud Governance, Security & Compliance
- Design and maintain Azure cloud blueprints.
- Apply governance, security, and compliance principles.
- Implement best practices for scalability, high availability, and cost optimization.
- Support reliable and compliant cloud platform operations.
DevOps & Automation
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Support DevOps practices across cloud and software delivery teams.
- Improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting & Documentation
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Document architecture, standards, and technical guidelines.
- Actively follow Azure technology evolutions and recommend improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills & ExpertiseMust Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer.
- Strong experience with Azure infrastructure and services.
- Experience designing and maintaining Azure cloud blueprints including governance, security, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Practical experience automating infrastructure using Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Azure API Management.
- Experience with PAI / Platform-as-Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Experience implementing best practices for scalability, high availability, and cost optimization.
- Willingness to work minimum 2 days per week onsite in Brugge.
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills.
