Responsibilities Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards Execute project plans by coordinating tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery Manage project progress and resolve issues to maintain quality and budget control Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals Lead and coordinate internal and external teams to optimize project performance and teamwork Utilize ArchiCAD software to develop detailed architectural designs and documentation Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and project proposals Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience Degree from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects Proficiency in ArchiCAD software for architectural design Proficiency in Photoshop for visual presentation
