Requirements:
- Candidate must be possessed at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology or minimum on the Final year
- Good analytical skill, administration skill, communication skill, knowledge of recruitement and applicant tracking system, knowledge about training.
Job Description:
- To do an end-to-end recruitment process.
- Interview practice and doing interview candidate for certain positions.
- Formulating concepts, planning activities, implementing and evaluating activities to build engagement.
- Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Delivers training material in an attractive and timely manner.
- For Jakarta area be prepared for the offline project.
