About You

You're a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business/Commerce or similar

You have over 3 years of experience in public practice

You possess strong interpersonal communication skills

You have experience preparing financial statements and tax returns for small to medium enterprises

It would be a plus if you have:

A primary production interest and/or experience

Experience with tax planning and strategy development

Proficiency in Xero

The Role

As a Chartered Accountant, you'll:

Deliver financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, and interim financial statements for clients

Develop expertise in efficient tax strategies, preparing forecasts, reporting, and advice on business structures

Present financial performance to clients

Review other team members' financials providing feedback on quality and efficiency

Identify potential opportunities that Dodgshun Medlin could be assisting the clients with

Support team training and mentoring, including transfer of technical skills and knowledge
