Docplanner is a healthtech company on a mission to help people live longer, healthier lives.

We build technology that improves how patients access care and how healthcare professionals deliver it.

Operating in 13 countries, with more than 100 million patient visits to our websites and around 25 million appointments booked each month, Docplanner is scaling both its product and its internal foundations. As a growing tech business, we rely on strong internal systems, trusted data, and scalable operations to support our commercial teams and keep delivering impact across our markets.

Job Description

Mission

Make Marketing, Sales, CS and Care meaningfully more productive by designing a cleaner, smarter GTM systems ecosystem and turning AI-enabled workflows into shipped business value.

This role owns the way our GTM tools, workflows, data flows and automation fit together. It is not a Salesforce implementation role. Salesforce is an important part of the environment, but the bigger challenge is holistic systems design across tools, reducing fragmentation, improving how teams work, and defining how AI can be practically implemented across GTM.

Why now?

Docplanner has invested heavily in GTM tooling, including Salesforce, HubSpot and other internal systems. The Salesforce implementation is progressing well, but we still have gaps in how the broader tool ecosystem works together.

Different systems and workflows interact across teams, including Sales, Marketing, CS, Care, Finance, People and internal operations. Some of these interactions are still fragmented, manual or poorly designed, which creates inefficiency, data quality issues and unclear ownership.

At the same time, we need to define how AI should actually be implemented in GTM: not as isolated experiments or Salesforce-native features only, but as practical workflow changes that improve productivity, speed, insight and execution.

We need a senior, tech-oriented leader who can look across the full tool landscape, diagnose where workflows break, design better systems, and ship AI-enabled improvements with a small, high-leverage team.

What you will do

Own

  • The end-to-end GTM systems and tooling blueprint across CRM, marketing systems, customer communication tools, internal tools, integrations, data flows, automation and AI.
  • Holistic systems design: how tools interact, where ownership sits, how data moves, and where workflows should be simplified or redesigned.
  • The roadmap for AI-enabled GTM workflows, from use-case selection to implementation, adoption and measurable productivity gains.
  • Service standards, governance, intake and prioritisation across GTM systems and tooling.

Deliver

  • A clear diagnosis of the current GTM tooling ecosystem, including where system interactions create friction, duplication, manual work or poor data quality.
  • Better integration and workflow design across tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, WhatsApp, HiBob and other internal platforms.
  • Practical AI use cases that improve GTM productivity, not limited to Salesforce-native automation.
  • Faster, more predictable delivery through disciplined prioritisation, short delivery cycles and measurable business outcomes.
  • Trusted GTM data flows into reporting and decision-making systems.

Build

  • A small, high-performing GTM systems / tooling function with strong technical judgement and product mindset.
  • A modern operating model for systems delivery, including clear ownership, service catalogue, intake, release discipline, SLAs / SLOs and vendor accountability.
  • Strong partnerships with GTM, Data, Product & Tech, Finance and People teams to make sure systems decisions improve how the business actually works.

This role reports to the COO, with a dotted line to the CPTO.

What success looks like, 12+ months

Systems & Tooling

  • Clear ownership and blueprint across the GTM tooling ecosystem.
  • Key system interactions redesigned or improved, especially where tools currently create manual work, broken handoffs or unreliable data.
  • Salesforce, HubSpot and other GTM tools integrated into a coherent operating model, rather than managed as isolated systems.
  • Published service catalogue, RACI, intake process and delivery standards.

AI & Productivity

  • A practical AI roadmap for GTM, focused on workflow redesign and measurable productivity gains.
  • At least 3 AI-enabled workflows live and adopted by frontline or operational teams.
  • AI initiatives connected to real business outcomes: time saved, faster response, better insight, higher quality execution or reduced manual work.
  • Clear governance around where AI is used, how it interacts with systems and how impact is measured.

Reliability & Data

  • More reliable data flows across GTM systems and into reporting / DWH.
  • Improved data quality through automated controls, clearer ownership and better system design.
  • Reduced incidents, broken syncs and manual reconciliation.
  • Strong vendor and platform accountability through clear SLAs and ROI tracking.

People & Impact

  • Strong stakeholder trust across Sales, Marketing, CS, Care, Finance, People and Product & Tech.
  • Small, senior, high-output team or vendor model in place.
  • Teams experience the systems function as a productivity driver, not a ticket-taking function.

Measured by

  • GTM productivity gains and frontline time saved.
  • Number and quality of AI-enabled workflows shipped.
  • Tool adoption and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Data quality, sync success and reporting reliability.
  • Time-to-production and delivery predictability.
  • Service SLOs and incident reduction.
  • Cost vs plan and vendor SLA attainment.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years building or leading GTM systems, business systems, revenue technology, enterprise tooling or internal platforms in scaled SaaS, marketplace or complex technology environments.
  • Strong experience designing systems and workflows across multiple tools, not only administering or implementing one platform.
  • Hands-on understanding of CRM, marketing systems, customer communication tools, internal tools, integrations, automation and data flows.
  • Proven experience shipping automation or AI-enabled workflows that improved productivity or execution.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into systems, workflows, roadmap and measurable delivery.
  • Experience leading small teams, vendors or cross-functional delivery models.

Skills

  • Strong systems design and technical judgement across tools, workflows, integrations and data.
  • Practical AI implementation mindset: able to identify high-value use cases, define workflow changes, partner with technical teams and measure impact.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, iPaaS, data quality, observability, permissions and system ownership.
  • Salesforce and HubSpot understanding is important, but deep Salesforce implementation is not the core requirement.
  • Product mindset: user loops, prioritisation, adoption, iteration and measurable outcomes.
  • Clear executive communication; able to challenge assumptions and operate as a partner to senior leaders.
  • High ownership, strong delivery discipline and bias to ship.
