Maintenance manager - Minya

Develop and implement annual preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Prioritize maintenance based on equipment criticality, safety, and production requirements.

Supervise maintenance engineers and technicians and assign daily work.

Monitor breakdowns and lead rapid response to minimize downtime.

Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective actions.

Ensure availability and proper control of critical spare parts.

Coordinate spare-parts requirements with Procurement.

Prepare and control the annual maintenance budget.

Monitor maintenance costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Evaluate team performance and identify training needs.

Manage maintenance contractors and service providers.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history.

Prepare periodic reports covering equipment condition, downtime, costs, and KPIs.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations.

Oversee maintenance of poultry houses, electrical systems, generators, pumps, ventilation, cooling, feeding, water, and other farm utilities.

Lead emergency maintenance activities during critical system failures.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.

From 8 to 15 years of experience in maintenance management..

Strong knowledge of farm equipment, electrical systems, water systems, and HVAC.

Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and technical data analysis software.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to make quick and sound decisions.

Ability to prepare technical reports and effectively analyze maintenance data.

Good knowledge of quality standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and relevant environmental regulations.
