Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including cargo handling and container stuffing and unstuffing.

Ensure proper cargo storage, labeling, stacking, and stock rotation.

Conduct stock checks, inventory reconciliation, and customer stock audits.

Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.

Operate forklifts safely and perform equipment checks.

Coordinate with internal departments, transporters, contractors, and customers.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.

Report cargo discrepancies, damages, and operational issues promptly.

Job Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Possess valid forklift operator’s license.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and email communication.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and container handling.

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
