Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing day to day operations of large scale projects & ID fit-outs at project locations.
• Managing projects on an on-going basis through regular progress meetings and preparation of progress reports.

• Effectively communicate clients’ needs and requirements to the different stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and workmanship of construction works are satisfactory to clients’ expectations.

• Project planning of all labour and sub-contractors.
• Show strong cost control and budgeting abilities.

• Liaising with carpentry workshop production with schedule of joinery.
• Manage projects, allocate work schedule, prioritise workflow and ensure projects are handed over to clients timely.

• Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions.
• Daily supervision and and guidance of project coordinators
