WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in C&B/Total Rewards, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Experience in Technology/ E-commerce/ international companies is an advantage
