Salesforce Technical Lead Consultant

As a Salesforce Technical Lead Consultant, you lead the technical delivery of Salesforce projects from solution design to implementation. You work closely with consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

You combine technical leadership with a hands-on approach. From supporting pre-sales and defining solution architectures to mentoring developers and contributing code yourself, you’re as comfortable presenting ideas in the boardroom as solving technical challenges in the codebase.

Experience with Salesforce architecture, integrations, and DevOps is essential. Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English is required. Experience in life sciences, regulatory compliance, and data security is a plus.
