- Yield improvement by EQ level,
- Tooling & maintenance cost control,
- CIP and DOE case support,
- Process improvement by EQ level,
- Equipment capability development & qualification,
- Engineering training & certification,
- SMT machine downtime control,
- Spare part control
- Can work in day/night shift rotation.
- Minimum 1 year experience in AOI&SPI
- Holly&Cyber AOI experience is preferred
- AI project management is preferred
- English basic communication (TOEIC > 450)
