  • Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HSE system
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, JSA, and hazard identification
  • Supervise regular site inspections; ensure timely corrective & preventive actions
  • Deliver advanced training programs, toolbox talks, and HSE orientations
  • Review and approve subcontractor HSE plans, procedures, method statements
  • Investigate accidents and near-misses; root cause analysis...
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, or Safety Engineering
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and make timely decisions under pressure
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clean room or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of local & international HSE standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, fire safety)
