About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can own and elevate our social presence across all major platforms. This role goes beyond posting—you will drive content quality, campaign execution, and audience growth, while ensuring everything we put out is aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own Multi-Channel Social Strategy
Manage end-to-end content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Linkedin
Ensure consistent brand voice while adapting content to each platform
Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars
Elevate Content Quality
Continuously improve content quality, storytelling, and visual standards
Work closely with designers, editors, and KOLs to produce high-performing content
Identify trends and translate them into relevant, on-brand executions
Campaign-Driven Execution
Lead social execution for key marketing campaigns (product launches, promos, activations)
Ensure social content supports conversion, engagement, and user acquisition goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, KOL, and growth teams
Drive Growth & Engagement
Grow followers and improve engagement across all platforms
Optimize content based on performance data and insights
Experiment with formats, hooks, and content structures to improve reach
Monitor Social Sentiment
Track and analyze social sentiment, trends, and user feedback
Respond to community interactions and manage brand voice in real-time
Identify risks, issues, or opportunities from social conversations
Requirements
3–6+ years experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook ecosystems
Proven track record of growing accounts and improving engagement
Strong content instinct—knows what works, not just what looks good
Data-driven, but also creative and fast-moving
Experience in fintech / crypto is a plus
