FINANCIAL ANALYST

Position: Country Controlling Manager Leads and oversees the calculation, analysis, and monitoring of overall plant industrial and financial performance, providing management with reliable, accurate, and timely performance indicators and actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making. Directs the development, coordination, and control of plant budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and alignment with corporate objectives. Drives performance improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities, managing cost control, and supporting operational excellence to achieve plant targets and sustainable growth. Job Accountabilities:

• Develops and implements business reporting processes, including reporting timetables and key performance measures. Regularly monitors data accuracy and ensures the integrity and effectiveness of plant performance indicators.
• Calculates, communicates, and monitors benchmarking performance indicators. Prepares regular and ad-hoc management reports on overall plant performance to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Contributes to the development of budget management procedures aligned with corporate strategy. Supports plant departments in preparing budgets by providing relevant information and predefined targets, and coordinates budget consolidation and approval processes.
• Monitors plant budget realization and expense reporting. Identifies potential deviations, analyzes root causes, assesses impacts on plant performance, and recommends corrective actions.
• Leads monthly inventory counts and valorization of materials, semi-finished and finished goods, and scrap according to established procedures. Analyzes deviations, proposes corrective actions, and communicates inventory results to management.
• Prepares, communicates and reviews management control KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Finance department and the Company's objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master's Degree / Industrial Management graduate
• with at least 3 years' experience as Controlling Manager
