Senior Fullstack Engineer
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a Series A/B AI-native financial planning and analysis (FP&A) SaaS company empowering finance teams with on-demand data, deeper insights, automated reporting, and seamless spreadsheet integrations. With a team of 30–50 people, you'll be joining at the ground floor — working closely with senior technical leadership and across multiple product engineering teams to build scalable, high-impact software.
We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and is excited about AI-focused product work. We're open to strong fullstack generalists as well as engineers who skew heavily toward the frontend.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner directly with technical leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.
- Design, develop, and take ownership of complex features and software components end-to-end.
- Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the stack.
- Help define and establish engineering best practices, laying the foundation for a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves:
- Proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript in a full-stack context — frontend and Node.js backend.
- Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
- Experience with BigQuery for data analytics and querying large datasets.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- True fullstack capabilities or a strong frontend-leaning profile with solid backend awareness.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with MongoDB as an application database.
- Enthusiasm for AI-focused engineering across multiple product teams.
- Strong collaboration skills when working alongside senior technical leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 5–10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
- Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
