Job Description
As COO, you hold end-to-end responsibility for Cleantron's operational strategy, procurement, and supply chain. In this executive role, you optimize the value chain from component to finished product, ensuring scalability, margin improvement, quality, and supply reliability. You manage the procurement, logistics, supply chain, and quality departments as well as the production manager, translating our growth ambitions into future-proof operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the operational and supply chain strategy.
- Professionalizing procurement policy and supplier management (risk & cost reduction).
- Implementing and leading a mature S&OP process to optimally align supply and demand.
- Managing, coaching, and further developing the operations and procurement teams.
- Expanding the digitalization and automation of operational processes.
Job Requirements:
- At least a completed Master's or Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- At least 8-10 years of operational management experience, including several years in a role with end-to-end responsibility (e.g., Director Supply Chain, Head of Procurement, or Operations Manager).
