Assistant Civil & Structural Manager

Responsible for managing a team of Structural coordinators in the design and coordination works; Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building
• Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements
• Strong in design concept, familiar with Eurocodes and local authorities submission.
• Min 5-8 years’ of working experiences in main contractor companies or consultancy firm
• Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
