Product Strategy & Management

Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to support the Bank’s business objectives, customer needs and revenue targets. Manage the full product lifecycle, from product ideation, business requirements and development to launch, enhancement and post-implementation review.

Product Development & Digital Transformation

Drive the development and enhancement of corporate banking products and digital solutions, including customer onboarding, KYC lifecycle management, online banking and other transaction banking services. Identify opportunities to streamline and digitalize internal and customer-facing processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Head Office teams to ensure timely product delivery and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout product implementation and enhancement projects.

Project Management & System Enhancement

Participate in product implementation projects, system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery and quality of new functionalities. Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback, business requirements and market developments.

Product Governance & Documentation

Prepare, review and maintain product-related policies, procedures, user guides and operational documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Conduct periodic reviews and updates of product policies and procedures (P&P).

Product Promotion & Training

Support product commercialization by preparing product materials, business proposals and marketing initiatives. Deliver product training and provide ongoing product support to business teams and other internal stakeholders.

Other Responsibilities

Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking, corporate banking, commercial banking, credit analysis, trade finance, corporate lending, loan operations or a related field.
  • Prior experience in credit analysis, credit proposal preparation, corporate lending, loan documentation, credit administration or post-loan monitoring is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of corporate banking products, including loans, trade finance, cash management and FX products.
  • Good financial statement analysis skills, with the ability to understand company financials, business models and key credit risk factors.
  • Good understanding of KYC, AML/CFT, client onboarding and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin, with the ability to support Chinese corporate clients and cross-border business.
  • Proactive, responsible, results-oriented and willing to learn in a target-driven banking environment.
  • Candidates with prior credit-related experience in banks or financial institutions will be given priority consideration.
