Ihre Aufgaben Identify ,  acquire  and develop  customers  and partners  for  Mflor / Designflooring  products  across the territory  with priority   focus on retail and trade channels. Provide technical, sales & product training support to the customer base. Provide customer  marketing support in  conjunction with  internal marketing department.  Generate pull-through demand in the local market, primarily by focusing on sales activities in retail flooring stores, including product training, display placement, merchandise updates and sales performance reviews with store management Participate in  trade, promotional and merchandising activities where  required .  Generate commercial opportunities  with  specifiers, end users and other stakeholders directly or via third party resellers where  appropriate . Project management of commercial sales opportunities from acquisition to completion. Work closely with the customer service / back office on quotation management, sales closure and first level complaint handling, Follow up and open pre-qualified leads.  Manage price negotiations in line with senior management guidance. Prepare and  submit  regular sales report and other administrative tasks as  required . Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide insights into  local market  product  range  requirements .  Tracking customer and  sales operations  activities via CRM systems. Manage an effective call cycle .   Develop an annual business plan to deliver  sales  objectives . Report directly to the  Head of Sales Export Ihr Profil Minimum  3  years' sales experience in the flooring, interior design or building materials sector Desirable -  s trong knowledge and experience working within  the Swedish/Danish  flooring market, ideally selling into retail/trade,  DIY  and builder merchant channels.  Experienced in  identifying ,  approaching   and developing   business with third party resellers.  Entrepreneurial ,  self-motivated sales personality  capable of working on their own initiative as well as part of team. A proven  track record  of achieving ambitious goals . Great  communication ,  negotiation  and  deal  closing skills . Confident,  friendly  and engaging manner . Experience of MS Office suite and CRM systems . Willingness to travel  across the territory  for several days on business   (80%) . Based in either Denmark or Sweden and preferably close to a major conurbation such as Copenhagen,  Gothenburg  or Stockholm. Driver's license  required
