Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd in the East Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our quality standards across our warehousing, storage, and distribution operations. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products, processes, and services meet our rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role is integral to our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, serving as a key quality control point throughout our supply chain. Job Description Implement and maintain quality management processes within warehouse operations.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, customer requirements, and quality standards.

Monitor warehouse activities to ensure adherence to quality procedures and work instructions.

Review and update quality documentation, procedures, and records as required, aligned with corporate Quality team

Conduct inbound, outbound, and inventory quality inspections.

Verify product condition, labelling, packaging, and storage requirements.

Identify and report quality issues, non-conformities, and process deviations.

Ensure proper segregation and disposition of damaged, expired, or non-conforming products.

Support compliance with ISO standards, GDP, GMP, or customer-specific requirements where applicable.

Monitor quality KPIs and operational compliance metrics.

Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure.

Maintain quality records and audit documentation.

Conduct quality awareness and SOP training for warehouse personnel.

Provide guidance to operational teams on quality requirements and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process effectiveness and reduce quality-related issues.

Promote a culture of quality and compliance throughout the warehouse.

What we're looking for Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.

Experience in ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, or regulated environments is advantageous.

Experience conducting audits and quality investigations preferred
