Residence & Citizenship by Investment

Lagos, Nigeria | Starting monthly fee €1,300 + commissions that, on average, more than double the fixed monthly fee. Commission is payable per signed and paid mandate.

Bridgegold advises private clients and families on international residence and citizenship by investment programmes. We are strengthening our existing Lagos office and seeking a confident salesperson with direct industry experience and a proven record of closing sales.

The role

Handle qualified enquiries and conduct investor consultations. Present suitable programmes, explain costs and address objections. Follow up consistently and convert prospects into signed and paid mandates. Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with our central operations team. Develop referral relationships and generate new business.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ direct sales experience in residence and citizenship by investment. A solid, demonstrable sales track record. Experience working with affluent clients and families. Practical experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and AI tools. Excellent English, professional presentation and disciplined follow-through.

We provide programme training, structured sales processes and central operational support. Commission is payable per signed and paid mandate.
