Apparel Production Coordinator

Department: merchandising Industry: Apparel & Fashion / Retail

Key Responsibilities: Production Follow-Up: Track and monitor all stages of the production cycle to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.

Specialized Craft Tracking: Follow up directly on fabric printing and embroidery operations to ensure accurate design execution.

Supplier & Vendor Management: Communicate and coordinate effectively with local suppliers for fabrics, trims, and accessories; negotiate timelines and follow up on orders.

Inventory & Materials Awareness: Assess fabric and accessory requirements per style and ensure all production inputs are available on schedule.

Multi-Style Handling: Manage, organize, and track production records for 100+ styles simultaneously without compromising accuracy.

Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the design, sourcing, and quality control teams to resolve any production bottlenecks.

Previous experience in apparel production follow-up, fabric sourcing, or merchandising.

In-depth knowledge of fabrics, accessories, printing techniques, and embroidery processes.

Strong network and solid awareness of local suppliers and market dynamics.

Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities (capable of handling 100+ active styles).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
