Technical Civil/Architectural Engineer - Real Estate

- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved IFC drawings, project specifications, and UAE authority regulations.
- Review and respond to RFIs and Technical Queries (TQs), and assist in resolving design and construction issues.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, review logs, NCR/SOR logs, and weekly progress updates.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support weekly technical coordination meetings and conduct regular site inspections across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Identify quality concerns, technical risks, and non-compliance issues, and escalate them to the Technical Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in technical review, QA/QC, or site engineering with a contractor, consultant, or developer.
- Strong knowledge of civil and architectural construction methods, finishing works, waterproofing, blockwork, and inspection procedures.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and Technical Queries.
- Good understanding of UAE building codes and authority requirements (ADM, ADCD, DM/DDA, Estidama).
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle, with willingness to travel regularly between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
