Area Sales DC Analyst - Alexandria

Key Responsibilities / Tasks Provide and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD Sales and Distribution reports to evaluate Distribution Center (DC) performance and support business decision-making.

Develop and maintain sales dashboards and KPI reports, including Strike Rate, Fridge Utilization, Top Customers, Coverage, Distribution, and Returns Analysis.

Perform route target splitting and allocation across Distribution Centers, channels, territories, and customers.

Analyze sales opportunities and challenges for each Sales Supervisor based on route achievement, productivity, and performance indicators.

Monitor daily stock levels and product availability and coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to maximize sales opportunities and recover missed volume.

Coordinate daily with DC Warehouse, DC Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Calculate and validate monthly commissions and incentive calculations for sales force, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Support weekly sales review meetings with Supervisors and Managers by presenting performance results and monitoring agreed action plans.

Prepare professional business presentations and performance reviews for Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Regional Sales Managers (RSM).

Conduct regular market visits to evaluate Sales Representatives’ execution standards, route compliance, and customer service quality.

Train and develop sales teams on reporting tools, dashboards, and sales analytics methodologies.

Continuously enhance analytical and technical skills and introduce new ideas and analytical approaches that add value to the business.

Work with a flexible, results-oriented approach, focusing on business needs and delivering continuous support throughout the day.

Experience 2 years in sales development experience with FMCG companies.
