Associate / Senior Associate (Deal Advisory)

Job Description & Requirements:

BDO Deal Advisory meets regional and local business’ needs with provision of services including:

Restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments

Valuing businesses, joint ventures and equity interests, and specific assets such as intangible assets like trademarks, customer relationships, and financial instruments

Business planning and decision support

Support for tax planning and advisory

Expert witness for litigation support

Financial reporting

We are constantly seeking for dedicated talents to join our practice. To be part of our team, you should possess:

Degree in Accounting / ACCA/ CPA Australia or equivalent qualification recognised by ISCA

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant industry experience for Senior Associate Position

Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong analytical & evaluation skills and good interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Well verse in a second language will be an added advantage
