Your tasks

We are looking for an organised, resourceful, and dependable Personal Assistant to support the CEO across his business interests and ventures.

This is primarily a business support role, covering calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expenses, and follow-ups. You will help keep commitments manageable, priorities clear, and outstanding matters moving forward.

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across different businesses, contacts, and time zones.
  • Plan schedules realistically, allowing for travel time, preparation, and competing commitments.
  • Help manage inboxes and correspondence, flagging important matters and responding or coordinating follow-ups as agreed.
  • Research and arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
  • Track actions, deadlines, and outstanding responses, following up with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise receipts, expenses, and related administrative records.
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks and occasional document formatting.
  • Handle confidential business and personal information with discretion.

Requirements

The role would suit someone seeking part-time work who enjoys taking ownership, exercising sound judgement, and anticipating what needs to happen next.

What we are looking for

  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the judgement to recognise urgency and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • A proactive approach: you can work from clear instructions while also spotting gaps, anticipating needs, and asking sensible questions.
  • Clear, professional written and spoken English, enabling effective communication internally and externally.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including producing neatly formatted work.
  • Resourcefulness and a willingness to find answers when a task or tool is unfamiliar.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and discretion.
  • Previous PA, executive support, or similar administrative experience is an advantage. We are also open to applicants who can demonstrate the necessary skills through other experience.

Eligibility Applicants must reside in Singapore and possess the legal right to work in Singapore. For the avoidance of doubt, no work visa sponsorship will be made for this role.

What we offer

There may be opportunities for the role to expand as business needs develop, including additional hours, support for other senior team members, or a broader general administration position.

This could suit someone who prefers part-time work today but may be interested in a larger role in the future. Any expansion would depend on business needs and mutual interest.
