We?re hiring *Sales Representatives* to help customers find the right *TELUS home services* for their needs, including internet, TV, and other home connectivity solutions.
Whether you already have sales experience or you're looking to start your first sales career, we provide *paid training and a comprehensive training program* to help you build the product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Connect with customers and understand their home service needs
- Present TELUS home service options clearly and professionally in a residential setting
- Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
- Build positive customer relationships
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Learn and apply effective sales and communication techniques
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information
What We're Looking For:
We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds. *Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but it is not required.*
