*About the Role*

We are hiring a skilled *Multi-Trade Handyman / Construction Technician* with hands-on experience in framing, drywall, tile, and general construction work.

This role is for someone who can work independently on-site, maintain quality standards, and keep work moving without constant supervision.

If you need someone telling you what to do every hour, this is not the role.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Perform framing (metal/wood studs, bulkheads, partitions)
• Install drywall, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
• Complete tile installation (floor and wall) with proper leveling and alignment
• Install doors, trims, baseboards, and basic millwork
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical adjustments (as needed)
• Read drawings and execute work according to plans
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades
• Identify issues early and report before they become delays

*Requirements*

• Minimum 3?5 years hands-on experience in construction
• Strong skills in *framing, drywall, and tile work (mandatory)*
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks without supervision
• Own basic tools (company may provide specialized equipment)
• Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
• Physically capable of handling construction work
• Strong work ethic ? no shortcuts, no excuses
