As an Sales Associate (Heavy Equipments), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Prospect and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure sales.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide ongoing account support.
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
