Senior Preschool Teacher

Participate in weekly/monthly curriculum development and lesson planning

Design, oversee, and deliver classroom programs aligned with the Center’s educational framework and policies

Support the Principal in managing parent communications and feedback

Demonstrate professional teaching standards and model positive pedagogical approaches for colleagues

Enforce strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

Maintain thorough knowledge of institutional protocols and educational resources

Mentor new educators in classroom management and teaching strategies

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Foster strong parent partnerships through regular communication and participation in family engagement initiatives

Job Requirements:

Minimum DECCE/ACEY/ACECCE or Relevant Early Childhood Education

GCE 'O' Level credit in English with a minimum of C6 grading or equivalent

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Have a passion in teaching young children.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
