Job scope: Perform admission, discharge assessment, daily required treatments and administer medication Provide nursing care and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for support to service users and their caregivers (especially PT and OT) Plan, coordinate and execute activities that promotes participation while promoting client’s wellbeing Provide immediate care during medical emergencies Develop, coordinate, and lead engaging activities that promote social participation and enhance overall well-being. Respond promptly and effectively to any medical incidents or emergencies that may arise.
