Driver CE – Day shifts with occasional night shifts

Job description

What does the job involve?

You are responsible for transporting parcels, pallets, and other goods, ensuring that everything is delivered safely, correctly, and on time to customers.

You mainly work national daytime routes, providing a clear and predictable schedule.

In addition, flexibility is expected: when a colleague is on holiday, you may occasionally take over a night shift. These are also fixed routes and usually run from 21:00 to 05:00 or 06:00.

Further responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading goods
• Using a scanner for receiving and dispatching shipments
• Keeping your truck clean and in good technical condition
• You are allowed to take the truck home

What does your day look like?

• You usually start around 05:30
• Your working day typically ends around 16:00, leaving part of your evening free
• In exceptional cases, when replacing a colleague on holiday, you may work a night shift from 21:00 until approximately 05:00 or 06:00

Requirements

• A CE driving license with the required certificates
• Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts when needed
• Good knowledge of Dutch
• Experience is a plus
