Responsible for managing the procurement of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring quality, availability, and competitive pricing to optimize costs.

Qualifications: Supplier Management: Evaluate, select, and negotiate contracts with vendors for food, beverages, and kitchen supplies Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and reorder items to maintain proper par levels. Purchasing Operations: Prepare and process purchase orders based on menu requirements and chefs’ needs. Quality & Cost Control: Inspect delivered goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet restaurant standards. Proficient in reading, speaking, and understanding Thai, including the ability to comprehend Thai-language documents. Able to communicate effectively in Burmese (Myanmar language).
