Waiter

Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests warmly with a friendly and outgoing demeanor. Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and make well-informed recommendations for Chinese dishes and beverages. Accurately take and enter food and drink orders into the system, ensuring special dietary requests or preferences are clearly communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve dishes and beverages promptly and efficiently while adhering to service standards. Maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining areas and service stations before, during, and after service hours. Actively monitor dining tables to address guest needs, clear used tableware, and ensure a comfortable dining environment. Handle bill presentations and payment processing smoothly and accurately. Collaborate proactively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service operations and a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience  A minimum of SSCE
