YES Acquisitions IncOakville, ONjobbankcaippubblikat 27/08/2026

*WHO WE ARE*

YESA is a direct sales agency. Since 2017 we've built and trained field sales teams for major brands across Ontario, Quebec and the United States.

Our sales representatives live in company homes while they work their markets. That makes our properties part of how the business runs - not overhead. A house that's clean, well-stocked and well-run is one of the reasons our people stay. That's the job we're hiring for.

*THE ROLE*

You'll manage every property YESA owns or leases - offices, operational buildings and company homes - from the day we're looking at a listing to the day the lease ends.

That means finding and setting up new properties, running renovations, managing the vendors, controlling the budget, and auditing every home to make sure it's meeting standard. You'll report to our Landlord Office Executive and work across Ontario, Quebec and our US markets.

This is a hands-on role with no team beneath you. You'll hold real spending authority and be trusted to use it well.

*WHAT YOU'LL DO*

_Acquisition and setup_

  • Scout and vet new properties, gather listings, coordinate viewings
  • Support lease and purchase paperwork through to filing with legal and finance
  • Set up new properties end to end - utilities, internet, insurance, security systems, registration
  • Coordinate inspections, contractor quotes and municipal approvals

_Renovation and project delivery_

  • Plan and execute interior setups and renovations to company standard
  • Manage contractors, deliveries and suppliers through to completion
  • Own renovation timelines, materials checklists and budget tracking
  • Purchase the furnishings that make a house genuinely livable for staff

_Ongoing operations_

  • Visit, audit and report on every property under our management
  • Maintain maintenance calendars, task trackers and vendor lists
  • Manage cleaning services and year-round lawn care, including winterization
  • Keep the property management sheet current - move-in dates, room availability, door codes, alarm details
  • Track budgets, quotes, invoices and expense reports
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, realtors and vendors
  • Keep the culture standard in every house - set up so our reps can do their best work

*WHAT YOU NEED*

  • 2?3 years in property management, construction coordination, facilities, executive administration or operations support
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Project Management or Facilities Coordination - or equivalent hands-on experience in real estate or property services
  • Strong organizational and project tracking skills, and a system you actually use
  • Confident with spreadsheets, checklists, task trackers and cloud storage
  • Real vendor and contractor coordination experience
  • Budget and invoice tracking competence
  • Clear, professional written communication
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Willing and able to travel across Ontario, Quebec and the United States
  • Valid passport and eligibility to travel freely between Canada and the US - this is essential
  • Must be bondable
  • Comfortable on site in renovation areas and outdoors, with light lifting as needed

Nice to have: multi-site facilities experience, corporate housing or staff accommodation background, genuine construction or renovation coordination depth, French/English bilingual for our Quebec properties.

*WHY YESA*

  • Compensation above market for this level - $75,000 to start, moving to $85,000 on completion of your first 90 days, plus bonus
  • Real ownership. You'll run this function, not assist someone who does
  • Variety. No two weeks look the same, and you'll see three markets rather than one building
  • A growing company where your work is visible and directly connected to how our teams perform

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
