Your tasks

This position will be responsible for providing a prompt and efficient customer service on handling orders and enquiries to support the sales and marketing team.

• Frontline customer service over telephone, undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondences
• Administering order fulfilment process including sales order entry, arranging and preparing next day delivery
• Provide support to salesperson
• Filing and archiving of document
• Cellar management, including but not limited to receipt and preparation of stocks

Requirements

• Possess good computer skill
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central an added advantage
• Multi-tasking, good time management and team player
• Have a positive attitude, enjoy interacting with people
