*Job Description - Carpenter*

*Responsibilities:*

• Assist with general construction duties including site preparation and cleanup
• Execute project as per construction drawings and specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures as per the guidelines of WorkSafeBC
• Complete assigned all given tasks in a timely and efficient

*Requirements:*

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience
• Ability to build concrete formwork, stairs and wood structure framing
• Able to execute heavy lifting tasks as necessary to move materials and equipment
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
