Construction Technical Officer / Building Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and responsible Construction Technical Officer / Building Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate building renovation, maintenance, and repair works to ensure timely and quality completion
- Monitor site progress and workmanship to maintain high standards of quality control
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant safety regulations and project specifications
- Prepare detailed site reports, work schedules, and project documentation to support project tracking and communication
- Support the company’s BCA registration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a relevant qualification recognised by BCA, such as:
- National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS); or
- Relevant Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction; or
- Other BCA-recognised technical qualifications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant construction or building maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of construction site supervision and building works
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
