Waveman Integrated Solutions Limited is seeking a creative, analytical and commercially minded Performance Digital Marketer to develop and execute marketing campaigns for our technology and digital service businesses.

Our business interests include wireless internet services, IT solutions, digital payments and mobile technology retail.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop measurable customer acquisition campaigns, starting with our hotspot internet service. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Develop lead-generation strategies that attract qualified prospects.

• Build marketing funnels using WhatsApp, landing pages and lead forms.
• Develop persuasive advertising copy and campaign creatives.

• Create strategies for converting enquiries into paying customers.
• Set up lead tracking and follow-up processes.

• Analyse campaign performance and optimise advertising expenditure.
• Monitor cost per lead, conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.

• Conduct audience research and A/B testing.
• Develop customer retention, remarketing and referral campaigns.

• Prepare weekly reports showing leads, conversions, spending and revenue.
• Train and supervise a junior marketing assistant.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience with WhatsApp marketing and customer follow-up.
• Understanding of sales funnels, landing pages and conversion optimisation.

• Ability to analyse campaign data and make informed decisions.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, analytics tools and CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt.
