Soldering Technician (RF/Microwave) | AWS + OT

We are looking for motivated individuals to join a growing technology company specializing in RF and microwave solutions as an Operator (Soldering) .

Location: North-East Employment Type : Permanent Working hours : Office hours 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble RF cable assemblies and perform soldering work.
• Prepare cables through cutting, stripping, crimping, shielding and measuring.
• Perform visual self-inspection on completed work.
• Test RF/MW assemblies using VNA according to specifications.
• Read and interpret RF cable drawings.
• Follow safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Commit to a 3–6 months soldering training programme .
• Outstanding trainees may have the opportunity to travel to China for advanced soldering training .
• After training, the main duties will primarily involve soldering and other process-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• ITE Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in soldering electronic products is preferred.
• Experience in RF/MW cable assembly will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with label printers and test equipment such as VNA / Hipot tester is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and possesses a positive working attitude.
• Good team player.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
