- Manage QA/QC operations overall.
- Drive quality improvement activities.
- Handle customer interactions and quality audits.
- Build and improve the internal quality system.
- Manage the Quality Assurance team.
- Overseas business trips (e.g. trade show support).
- Substantial experience in quality assurance work.
- Able to work in English or Japanese
- Experience in the automotive industry and at a casting manufacturer.
- Experience at an aluminum die-casting / casting manufacturer.
- Good communicator with organizational management experience.
