The Sales Analytics and Support Manager provides high-level operational, reporting, process, and coordination support to the National VP of Sales and the broader sales organization. This role is critical to ensuring accurate sales reporting, efficient execution of national sales initiatives, alignment across regional teams, and adherence to the sales process in a fast-paced money transfer environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the nationwide sales process, agent network performance, and revenue growth initiatives.

Duties and Responsabilities Sales Reporting & Executive Support

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly national sales reports , including transaction volumes, revenue, agent productivity, and corridor performance.

Develop executive dashboards and summaries for the National VP of Sales.

Analyze trends across regions, identifying opportunities and performance gaps.

Support forecasting, target tracking, and quota performance reporting.

Agent Network & Performance Tracking

Monitor performance of agents, branches, and key accounts.

Track activations, retention, and productivity metrics across territories.

Assist in identifying underperforming locations and growth opportunities.

Support incentive tracking and performance programs for agents and sales teams.

Sales Process Support

Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, Tableau, and reporting systems.

Assist with onboarding and tracking of new agents.

Support execution of pricing, promotions, and corridor-specific initiatives.

Maintain documentation of sales processes and reporting standards.

Project & Initiative Coordination

Coordinate national sales initiatives, campaigns, and product launches.

Track timelines, deliverables, and KPIs for strategic projects.

Provide regular progress updates and summaries to leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Operations).

Meeting & Communication Support

Coordinate national sales calls, leadership meetings, and business reviews.

Prepare presentations, agendas, and briefing materials .

Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.

Facilitate communication between headquarters and regional sales teams.

Information Security Responsibilities

Make sure you and your team read, acknowledge, and comply with Viamericas’ Staff Information Security Policy.

Ensure you and your team attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas.

Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded, and opened a suspicious file, etc.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.

2–4+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or coordination roles

Experience in financial services, fintech, or money transfer industry preferred

Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and PowerPoint

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) and reporting tools

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual in English/Spanish

Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel within the United States to visit agents as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting senior sales leadership (VP/SVP level)

Familiarity with remittance corridors, agent networks, and transaction-based business models

Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce)

Working Conditions General office working conditions. Occasional International travel to the US is required.
