Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

Run paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms to generate quality leads from prospective buyers and investors. Create high-converting ad copy, email newsletters, and WhatsApp marketing messages. Coordinate the creation and promotion of property videos and virtual tours on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, webinars, open house promotions, and influencer collaborations. Optimize the company website and property listings to improve visibility in local search engine results. Send regular newsletters, new property alerts, and marketing updates to nurture existing clients and prospects. Qualify and transfer warm leads to the sales team while ensuring marketing activities align with sales objectives. Manage and update the company's WordPress website, including property listings, projects, and web pages. Set up and manage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and campaign tracking tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field. Completed NYSC. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related role. Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, Microsoft Excel, and email marketing tools. Strong copywriting, analytical, communication, and campaign management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, analyze campaign performance, and meet deadlines. Candidates residing within the Ajah–Lekki axis are preferred.
